Lumber Liquidators sued over defective flooring

1327695967 77 Lumber Liquidators sued over defective flooring

Throughout the state of Pennsylvania, many homeowners take pride in making improvements to their homes. When these homeowners decide to work on their homes, they assume that the products they purchase to make the home improvement will not be defective. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. The fallout of a defective construction product can range from property damage to harming one’s health.

Recently a couple from Texas filed a lawsuit against hardwood floor seller Lumber Liquidators. According to the business’ website, there are more than 250 such stores throughout all of North America including several in Pennsylvania. While this case originated in a state other than Pennsylvania, it is possible the residents here might find themselves facing a similar situation.

The couple purchased and installed a Schon Warm Cognac Curupay wood floor in May 2010. At the time of purchase, the couple alleges that they also received a 30-year warranty that provided for a replacement floor should they have any problems with the flooring.

According to the lawsuit, the couple did in fact have problems with the floor when the finish lost its shine in several places, only nine months after the installation. The couple claims the store refuses to honor their warranty.

Under product liability law, several entities can be held responsible for a defective product. In addition to the product manufacturer, sellers of the product can also, as in this case, be named in a lawsuit.

In addition to attorney’s fees and costs, the plaintiffs are seeking an unspecified judgment.

The crew behind the AC-130U

1327694767 13 The crew behind the AC 130U

A great deal of work goes into ensuring Hurlburt Field’s assets in the air are flight ready. The 1st Special Operations Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, the “behind-the-scenes” airmen, provide maintenance support for the AC-130U, commonly referred to as “Spooky” gunships at home and down range.

“Rain, sleet or snow we are always there,” said Maj. Ronald Kolodziejczyk, acting commander for 1st SOAMXS. “You may not see it but we are always out there, always working, getting airplanes ready for the next mission.”

Maintainers perform on-equipment flight line tasks, pre- and post-flight serviceability inspections, systems troubleshooting, aircraft system repair and minor modifications helping to ensure aircraft return safely.

Even in ideal working conditions, the physical stress on an aging aircraft like the AC-130U can present its fair share of challenges. It’s the job of maintainers to see that aircraft are operationally ready and safe for their flight crews to get the plane off the ground.

“Everything we do every day is to make sure the airplanes are safe and reliable so that way when the aircrew steps out to the airplane they got a safe machine to go up there and take and do whatever they need to do,” Kolodziejczyk said.

Down range maintainers must learn to do more with limited resources often working long hours and providing maintenance support for more than one type of aircraft.

As a production superintendent, Master Sgt. Jason Long provided maintenance support for two different airframes, the AC-130U and the MC-130P, in support of Operation New Dawn.

“We’re a demanding asset over there and I think we made a big impact on the war,” said Senior Master Sgt. Joseph Davis, sortie generation superintendent for 1st SOAMXS. “A lot of the sister services really rely on us to support them while they are on the ground.”

Keeping aging aircraft flight ready requires a lot of maintenance and getting the right parts when a plane breaks down can prove challenging, Kolodziejczyk said. There’s also less flexibility in a deployed environment so when an aircraft requires maintenance support it’s the crew’s responsibility to troubleshoot the problem quickly.

“If an airplane goes down they need to be able to identify what the problem is and put a good solid fix on it and get it back up there,” said 1st Lt. Cory Staudinger, officer in charge for 4th Aircraft Maintenance Unit.

If the systems that airmen are using down range are not fully operational it could create some degradation in the mission, said Staudinger.

At home, the 1st SOAMXS continuously train and provide routine inspections to troubleshoot maintenance problems to provide a safe and reliable AC-130U gunship fleet for their flight crews.

Recently, the 1st SOAMXS has begun to allow their crews to fly on the aircraft they service to help troubleshoot maintenance problems and see their systems put into action. These flights enable maintainers to see the impact of their hard work.

“You get to see the whole big picture,” Staudinger said. “It allows you to get a better perspective of how what we’re doing on the ground affects what they’re doing in the air.”

As long as the AC-130U gunships fly members of the 1st SOAMXS will be there to support the flying mission.

“Aircraft maintainers have a lot of pride in their work,” said Master Sgt. Michael Smith, lead production superintendent for 1st SOAMXS. “It’s the commitment and determination from the guys turning the wrenches that put the aircraft in the air.”

(Note: The 1st Special Operations Wing welcomed home the final C-130 assets supporting Operation New Dawn from Iraq, Jan. 6. The return of the two MC-130P Combat Shadows and aircrew from the 9th Special Operations Squadron represented the end of Hurlburt Field’s involvement to OND. The initial withdrawal from Iraq began in December with the return of the 4th Special Operations Squadron’s aircraft. Members from the 1st SOAMXS were among those returning and supporting the return of the 4th and 9th SOS)

For a while, I just kind of shuffled around, hoping home maintenance would go away. Here are my well crafted points of views touching on home air conditioning maintenance. Receive an adequate coat of paint! I purchase mine from an on-line retailer and get them cheaper than I would buying them in a store, they are delivered to my home and it is much more convenient. It deals with managing the entire house and arranging for all the requirements. This will not only ensure that you will be able to turn the heat on when you need it, but it will also help you to avoid common problems once it is under the strain of constant use. You therefore need to identify these leaks and seal them with volatile organic compounds (VOC). Remove any pollen, spider webs and dust by power washing siding. If you aren't careful, soon you'll have your conundrum all over again. Look, that is enough. The explanation of handyman website does not wholly satisfy me. Carefully check the window trim, siding and door frames. It is good not to put all of the eggs into one container. Why do we say that? It may be the other element you shouldn't notice with regard to winter home maintenance if home maintenance business was a little more fair to home maintenance cost.

News of the Weird

1327693573 12 News of the Weirdby Chuck Shepherd New I-15 bridge in place. (photo: Julie Duewel, Nevada DOT)

• Traditional bridge replacement on as prominent a highway as Interstate 15 in Mesquite, Nev., has generally required rerouting traffic for as long as a year, but the new “accelerated” technology in January necessitated detours for less than a week. Excited engineers traveled in from around the country to watch the old bridge be demolished and the new one (which had been built on a platform off to the side) be slid into place using hydraulic jacks and Teflon-coated metal beams—lubricated with Dawn dishwashing detergent to glide them smoothly into the old frame. The Nevada Department of Transportation estimated that the accelerated process saved commuters about $12 million in time and fuel costs.

The Entrepreneurial Spirit!

• “(Our critics) are absolutely right. We are professional liars,” said Everett Davis, founder of the Internet-based Reference Store, which supplies pumped-up, but false, resumes for job-seekers having trouble landing work. Davis and associates are, he told Houston’s KRIV-TV in November, ex-investigators schooled in deception and therefore good at fooling human resources personnel who follow up on the bogus work claims. Davis admitted he would even disguise a customer’s past criminal record—but not if the job is in public safety, health care or schools.

• Veterinary technician and food blogger Lauren Hicks recently inaugurated service on what is surely one of the few food trucks in the country catering exclusively to dogs. She parks her “Sit ‘n Stay Pet Cafe”—a retrofitted mail truck—in downtown Winter Park, Fla., on Thursday nights (according to an October Orlando Sentinel report), serving gourmet organic snacks like the Poochi Sushi (jerky), “Ruff-in” muffins, and “Mutt-balls” and “Grrr-avy,” among other specialties.

• Western nations and foundations have tried for decades to build sewage treatment plants in sub-Saharan Africa, with little success (since many countries lack stable governments to assess operating fees), and to this day, raw sewage is still merely collected and dumped, either in rivers or directly onto beaches, such as the notorious (and formerly beautiful) Lavender Hill in Ghana. U.S. entrepreneurs recently established Waste Enterprises in Ghana to build the first-ever fecal-sludge-to-biodiesel plant (funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation). Feces undiluted by water, and then heated, is highly concentrated and more resembles coal than the goo that Americans associate with sewage.

Cutting-Edge Science

• Medical Marvels: (1) The British Medical Journal reported in December that a 76-year-old woman had been unbothered until recently by the felt-tip pen she accidentally swallowed 25 years earlier. It was removed without complication, and, though the plastic was flaky, the pen still had an ink supply and was “usable.” (2) Twice during 2011, babies with two heads were born in Brazil. Though the first, in Paraiba state, died hours after birth, the 9.9-pound “Emanoel” and “Jesus,” born in Para state in December, are apparently otherwise healthy. (The baby has two heads and two spines but shares one heart, liver, pelvis and pair of lungs.)

• Medical Marvels (Canine Edition): The Dogs Trust in Kenilworth, England, was soliciting potential homes in December for “Bentley,” a Border Collie whose monophobia might make it what the Daily Mail calls the “most cowardly” dog in the country. While frisky around people, Bentley immediately goes into a frightened sulk when left alone, cowering from cats, holing up behind a couch, and constantly biting his nails, even at the sound of a cat on television. (Bentley was recently outfitted with special lace-up booties to preserve the nails.)

• Ratnagiri, India, businessman Murad Mulla, 48, filed a complaint recently with the Maharashtra Medical Council after his surgeon used an outdated procedure to cure his urine-retention disorder. Previously, skin from the scrotum was routinely used for urethral repair, but current science recommends using skin from the mouth to avoid the worst-case risk, which Mulla apparently experienced. Specifically, the scrotum contains both hair-bearing tissue and non-hair-bearing tissue, and only the latter is usable. Evidently, Mullas’ surgeon used hair-bearing tissue, and as a result, Mulla’s urethra itches constantly, and he expels specks of pubic hair with his urine.

Leading Economic Indicators

• Bernard Madoff’s Ponzi scheme cost 16,500 investors a total of as much as $18 billion, according to the court-appointed trustee, but at least Madoff is not on death row. In Hangzhou, China, in November, Ji Wenhua and his brother and their father (who were managers of the Yintai Real Estate and Investment Group) were sentenced to death after their convictions for cheating 15,000 investors out of the equivalent of $1.1 billion. Prosecutors said the men had continued to collect money by claiming profits while losses mounted.

• News of the Privileged: Among the high-end items catching consumers’ fancy last holiday season was premium firewood, for those who need to burn trees for reasons beyond merely warming the house. “Pretty white birch logs” were a best-selling item for Paul’s Fireplace Wood of Little Falls, Minn., and the owner of J.N. Firewood (Fort Ripley, Minn.) touted its “really cool blue flame and crackling noises,” according to a December Wall Street Journal report. (The wood itself goes for well over $1 a pound, even before adding the substantial shipping cost.)

Poor Anger Management

• (1) Janet Knowles, 62, was arrested in January in Jupiter, Fla., for aggravated assault after allegedly bludgeoning her housemate, 65, with a hammer as they watched television. The victim said only that Knowles was “upset with Judge Judy.” (2) Michael Monsour, the former CEO of Monsour Medical Center in Jeannette, Pa., was charged with assaulting his brother, Dr. William Monsour, in their father’s home on New Year’s Eve. In an argument, Michael allegedly bit William’s nose so hard that he required cosmetic surgery. (Michael’s temper remained untempered. The next day, according to police, Michael sent William an email threatening to beat him “into blood pudding.”)

Least Competent Criminals

• Need Time in the Gym: (1) According to police in Bellingham, Wash., William Lane, 22, had yelled slurs at a lesbian couple in the early morning of Dec. 11 and smashed the car window of one of the women, but she immediately chased him down, tackled him, and held him until help arrived. (2) Anthony Miranda, 24, was arrested and charged with armed robbery in December in Chicago after unknowingly choosing as his victim an “ultimate fighting” champion. The “victim” gave Miranda two black eyes and a heavily lacerated face, and, as Miranda drew his gun, overpowered him in such a way that Miranda wound up shooting himself in the ankle.

• Not Ready for Prime Time: (1) Keith Savinelli, 21, was arrested in Gallatin County, Mont., in December and charged with attempted burglary involving a woman’s underwear. When the resident caught Savinelli in the act, he attempted to talk her out of reporting him by apologizing and handing her his voter registration card, but she called police, anyway. (2) A 25-year-old man was rescued by fire crews in Tranent, Scotland, in December and taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. According to police, four men were attempting to steal an eight-ton steamroller when the 25-year-old got his leg trapped underneath. The other three fled.

Update

• Prominent novelist Michael Peterson was convicted in 2003 of beating his wife to death with a fireplace poker, but he, assisted by a former neighbor, has maintained since then that she was killed by a rogue owl. In 2008, for the first time, North Carolina state investigators acknowledged that a microscopic feather was indeed found in her hair, and in December 2011, Durham County Judge Orlando Hudson granted Peterson a new trial. Although several owl experts have declared that the wife’s head trauma was consistent with an owl attack, the judge’s decision was based instead on a finding last year that the state crime lab had mishandled evidence in 34 cases and specifically that an investigator in the Peterson case had exaggerated his credentials to the jury. (A 2007 fictionalized movie and a 2006 NBC “Dateline” also gave durability to the owl theory.)

Refurbishers make treasure out of trash

Refurbishers make treasure out of trash

PHOENIX – If you can look at a dented, chipped, dusty piece of furniture that’s been in someone’s garage for years and see potential and beauty, Debbie Nelson is impressed.

“The average person has a difficult time piecing it together,” says the furniture refinisher.

Nelson, a single mother of seven, has made a living out of finding treasure in other people’s trash. Her online furniture store, Funky Junk Restore, is less than a year old, and she already has so much business that she’s looking to expand her current work crew (her kids, ages 7 to 23).

She works from home in Mesa, where home foreclosure rates are sky-high and one in five office spaces sit empty. But Nelson is among a growing number of stay-at-home moms in Phoenix and around the country who have turned years of do-it-yourself experience into successful businesses.

The idea is similar to TV cook Sandra Lee’s “semi-homemade” philosophy in cooking. Lee has built a cooking-show empire on the idea that mostly ready-made food plus some fresh ingredients can result in “food that looks and tastes from scratch.”

Nelson likes the parallel to what she and other furniture-refurbishing moms have done with pieces bought from estate sales, yard sales, Craigslist or secondhand shops. She looks for secondhand pieces from well-known furniture makers and uses paint, wood finishes and new hardware to make them look and feel new – for the same price as a new piece made of flimsier materials such as particle board or wood veneers.

“I’m about value and money,” Nelson says. “I want to give you the most couture look as possible.”

The style she favors is mostly shabby chic, with some industrial. Pieces have a carefully wrought weathered look made popular by stores such as Anthropologie and Pottery Barn.

What’s required, Nelson says, is knowing enough about furniture to see “good bones.”

Many people who come to semi-homemade furniture sellers know what they want but lack the creativity or time to execute it. And, she adds, they probably shouldn’t, given the cost of materials, labor and time needed for a DIY project: “I don’t think it’s necessarily worth it for just one item.”

Many semi-homemade businesswomen learned their trade through trial and error as they redecorated their own homes.

Natalie Cox of Natty By Design says the shabby chic style in particular lends itself to easier and faster projects, since wear and tear is part of the charm. A 28-year-old mother of four children younger than 7 years old, Cox sells what she calls “more modern furniture” – pieces that might take inspiration from high-end stores such as Horchow. She says she would have time for more custom projects if she went the shabby chic route, but she prefers the other style.

Cox started Natty By Design early last year in her the garage to supplement her husband’s salary while he pursues an MBA. She had been refurbishing furniture for her family for years and had all the equipment, she says. “The furniture allowed me to stay at home and be with my kids.”

A steady stream of business, mostly from referrals or Craigslist posts, has allowed her to be selective about projects and to raise prices. Now she schedules the semi-custom requests around her children’s schedules.

Nelson spent a recent Saturday meeting with clients in the front room of her house, a large former music room that now serves as office and showroom.

And she’s interviewing furniture painters to apply base coats and free up her time for the rest of her business – buying, refinishing, sanding, staging photo shoots, listing online and meeting clients.

“People become overwhelmed that the economy is bad. But business is thriving,” she says.

How to Maintain Your Radiators At Home

1327689970 65 How to Maintain Your Radiators At Home

Whether the way you heat your house is through a forced air system, a stem heating system, or a hot water system, it is crucial to inspect your unit and have it maintained annually by a licensed and qualified professional. Aside from providing you with peace of mind, it also ensures your family’s safety; that is why the right furnace maintenance is necessary and another big bonus is that it could help you save on your utility bills. Operating equipments that are maintained means that the whole system will work efficiently, make use of lesser power, and heat the home effectively.

While it is advisable to get a professional to come to your house at least once in every year, there are some things that you can do in order to keep your radiators in good shape, in between the visits from the qualified person. Appropriate maintenance does not only allow you to save money and time, it will also let you know if there are any possible problems so that you can do something about them before they transform into more expensive and bigger  problems in the future. These are some of the easy steps when it comes to maintaining the radiators in your heating system:

Checking the Slope

Always check your system and make sure that each of the radiators has a slope that goes towards the inlet pipe (which is the pipe which comes from the floor or the wall). If no slope can be found in your radiator, you may add a small wedge of wood at the end of the vent. This will give you a small gradient and prevents the furnace from creating those irritating knocking or clanging noises.

Checking for Vent Block

Rust, paint, and corrosion may block the vents and in turn prevent them from letting air escape the right way. The air which is trapped in the radiator may prevent the steam from going in, which will prevent the whole unit to function correctly. When the vent is blocked, replacing it would be simple, because the part is normally available in your local hardware store. If the system has already cooled down, just unscrew the vent and then replace it with what you have bought.

Check the Inlet Valves

Checking the position of your inlet valves is also an important thing that you should do. Because a shut or partially open valve will not aid in regulating the heat and makes clangs and knocks, you should always make sure that the valves are open all the way or shut. This may be done by turning them to closed or open positions.

Be on the Lookout for Valves that Leak

If you think that your inlet valve is beginning to leak, then most probably the cap nuts are the ones that are leaking, and not the valve itself. The cap nuts are the large nuts which can be found at the horizontal and vertical connections, and luckily, they can normally be fixed by just retightening all the nuts. Make use of one wrench in order to put the valve in place and then a second one to tighten the cap nuts.

Home maintenance cannot be made useful. It deals with managing the entire house and arranging for all the requirements. Fall is the time to check your windows for air leaks, damaged caulking and ill-fitting glass. Check for bird nests in the soffits / eaves or damaged/missing screens over attic vents. Some dogs are very talented and able to toss their toys high into the air, and some children are not quite ready for the major leagues as pitchers. I found this very undistinguished forum this solved my question. The subfloor and the joists will need to be replaced in order to repair the problem. Organization After you have de-cluttered, start organizing. 9)Remove the covers from your room thermostats. You need to have all the systems in perfect working order to save costs as faulty systems can consume more energy. When you can make use of a service that will use a camera that'll follow drains so as to recognize the specific blockage which your house is presently experiencing, it'll aid in identifying what needs to be done with regard to maintenance, blockage removal, and if necessary repair. I've tried some of the automated handy man but somebody needs to put across it more clearly because I feel instructors get too caught up on that quandary. Chekc the tube of caulk, it will let you know if is paintable, and whether to use latex or oil based paint. Whereby do kibitzers detect optimal log home maintenance materials? My notion is based around my assumption that an amount of partners have a taste germane to home maintenance package. That's right at your finger tips and you may presume maintenance house is for the birds. A damaged exhaust stack can cause a fire. His services might be similar to all other realtors but he is surely going to be much more proficient than others.

Art Center to open hearts to creativity, faith – The Madisonville Meteor: News

1327688777 43 Art Center to open hearts to creativity, faith The Madisonville Meteor: News

Sallie Reid Carter probably didn’t realize it, but she wasabsolutely trembling as she described the inspiration behind one ofher most striking pieces.

“The Broken Cross” is a mixed media work of art adorning a cornerof the Madisonville Art Center, a worship studio that openedJanuary 2 with the mission of taking, “art to the people as avehicle of faith based ministry.”

Carter’s eyes grew wide and her words came out like gasps for airas she described the work. While the end-product is impressiveenough, the connection struck between herself and an incrediblekind of inspiration typifies the mission of this new and uniqueventure.

Madisonville Art Center seeks to use the vehicle of the arts to“speak the message of truth in order to transform lives.”

The ministry will offer an array of workshops centered on the arts, but deeper than that, it seeks to help people come into a place ofwholeness through a relationship with Jesus Christ. The power ofthat relationship has helped guide Carter through many of herartistic ventures, and helped her reach a relationship with herLord she hopes to be able to share with others.

“I could hardly stand up,” Carter said of a moment she experiencedwhile painting The Broken Cross. “The power of the Lord on my backwas like lightning. I can’t give you an explanation. I just knowwhat happened to be the testimony of my heart.”

The Madisonville Art Center has the feeling of a small-town artgallery combined with your Aunt Pam’s house. Brilliantly coloredworks of art adorn just about every edifice, surrounded bydown-home furniture and décor that creates a welcoming and warmenvironment.

The words of Carter’s heart are displayed next to each piece in theArt Center, describing not only the technical aspects of the work, but the inspiration that helped lead her to the finishedproduct.

One piece, titled “Peaches of Grace,” is a simple enough concept onthe surface. It’s literally a painting of peaches, but symbolic ofboth the Grace of God and the journey that an artist can go throughwhen bringing God into their work.

Carter saw a vision of peaches before starting on the piece, andwas impressed with the idea of grace in peaches. However, she didnot fully understand the teaching the Lord was bringing into herlife until after it was completed.

The blue in the painting, writes Carter, “represents the revelationof God, while the orange and yellow, represent the exuberance ofone on fire and full of joy in their faith. This posture allowsthose that are passionate about the Lord to rest gracefully in thelap of revelation, thus: Peaches of Grace.”

“He who abides in His presence,” she continues, “bears much fruit. It is the presence of the Lord in our lives that makes thedifference in how we live.”

The mission of the Art Center is to not only help people develop asartists, but to develop their relationship with the Lord as well, through that artistic venture.

“That is my heart, just to love people,” Carter said. “I love thistown and I know there is so much love for art here.”

Classes to be offered will also include piano and Spanish classes, and prayer and worship services will take place Mondays beginningat the end of January. All of those classes will be focused on“unlocking the heart of the artist,” which is also the title of aworkshop that will be coming soon.

Another aspect of the Art Center will be inner soul counselingthrough the ministry of Sozo. Sozo is a ministry birthed out ofBethel Church in Redding, Calif., which focuses on teaching usefultools for setting people free. The aim is to love people andprovide information so that healing of past wounds can breakstrongholds, replace lies with truth, and close “doors” to theenemy. Connecting people to the Lord in a more intimate way is theultimate goal, and the connection with artistic expression is oneof the main cogs in achieving that goal.

“Because we were made by a creative God there is a creative personin all of us,” Carter said. “If we’re not creative in our thinking,we can become stagnant, because creativity helps move usforward.”

Linda Foster echoed those sentiments on regards to spiritualgrowth.

“This is about being free, and being creative through the heart ofGod,” Foster said. “There’s no ambition here, no strife. It’s aboutbuilding one another up. It’s an amazing opportunity forMadisonville.”

The Madisonville Art Center will begin conducting workshops onJanuary 30. Piano and Spanish workshops will be available onMondays, as well as prayer and worship services Mondayafternoons.

Often ladders sit in the rain and eventually rust causing damage that can cost you a trip to the local hospital. Solar water heaters can also cut down on carbon emission drastically. Fall Weather Reminds Homeowners To Contact Hvac Contractors And Do Home Maintenance Fall colors are one of natures most breathtakingly beautiful wonders. I purchase mine from an on-line retailer and get them cheaper than I would buying them in a store, they are delivered to my home and it is much more convenient. Becoming proficient at Do It Yourself will enable you to save money on expensive trade repairs and will also give a sense of satisfaction when you have completed a project yourself. Many in New York dont, but if you are lucky enough to have a yard, now is the time to do maintenance work. I could be losing my focus. For me, the biggest solution with spring home maintenance checklist is this takes too much time. You also have to weigh the issue of washing the filter out every month. It? It's ready! Here are my random musings as it regards to the tight spot. When sanding old paint, you want to take proper precautions; wear a mask, don't allow unmasked individuals stick around, and vacuum the paint chips and dust because they are poisonous and harmful. Do they discharge far away from the house foundation? Go bad.? Place this in your thought process: I am an expert when it is identified with this. Sit back and relax and I'll spell out why your complete home maintenance is like that. I have that in mind currently. The real reason for these conditions is the Portland local weather. Whether it is bathroom remodeling or converting the kitchen into a modern kitchen, every job needs assistance of builders in every area and street of Glasgow as these experts have expertise in finishing such works efficiently. And remember, if you are new to the home improvement world, start small and work your way up, and just keep in mind that every project and improvement counts. It isn't the easiest item to do in the world, but It reeks of nonsense. Nowadays, most of the nuclear families include working couple. I obtained more home maintenance package. In order to find the right tradesmen in Liverpool or any other area, all you need to do is simply make use of a few simple clicks. That is something which will elevate your home restoration. To beg the question, it is safe to assume that zealots don't like home renovations. I'm still not certain that future leaders do know about home maintenance.

Fort Worth makes summer plans with new pool
